the pool was clean and a good size. it was never too crowded, which i appreciated.

the bed was far too firm, and the pillows offered little support. i ended up with a sore back each morning. also, the phone system lacked clear instructions for contacting room service. it seems like such a basic thing, but it added unnecessary frustration to my stay.

The breakfast buffet was great. The wide assortment included diverse options. the pool was fantastic, a beautiful space for relaxation. the reception staff was friendly. The service.

The hotel location is a bit isolated. Accessing other areas requires transportation. it was a small nuisance.

the room was comfortable. i especially liked the abundance of fresh water provision. the coffee machine worked very well. the bathroom had a good layout and the shower was great. our room attendants were friendly and kept everything clean.

the paint in the room was chipping. the cushions by the private pool had a tear. it was disappointing because i expected better for the price.

The hotel is near a main port. Cargo ships are always visible. some cruise ships pass nearby, leaving a gasoline smell. the resort feels somewhat isolated from main attractions, so transport is essential.
